Sailing into Juneau

We arrived in Juneau early at approximately 12:45 pm and they announced that
people could disembark approximately 1:00 pm. We disembarked the ship at
approximately 2 pm and boarded our tour bus. Our first stop was Mendenhall
Glacier and we received a little tour of the town en route there. We were able to
explore Mendenhall Glacier for about 45 minutes or so. Wow was it gorgeous!

Next our tour guide took us to the docks where we would embark on a Wildlife
Quest to go looking for whales, eagles, sea lions and otters! Here are some of the
sights we saw.
